Dancer conflicts - 2026 Nutcracker
It is important the Directors and Production Team have good information on our dancers' availability throughout the production process.
Please submit any conflicts below -- this includes any family vacations, school obligations, standing weekend commitments, sports practices, etc -- any information that would prevent you from being able to be at the studio or the theater on a specific weekend or on any evening during Tech Week.
The Directors will take conflicts submitted prior to auditions in consideration when casting the production. Conflicts submitted after the cast list is posted and rehearsals have begun may result in changes in the cast. It is important families make our productions a priority. It is unfair to the artistic staff, the volunteers, and most importantly the other dancers if there are individuals consistently missing rehearsals.
Dancers that plan to audition for any other productions that will take place August - December
(including school productions) should provide that information as well.
