Daniel Berry Returns To Narrate For ORCBA Once More
Daniel Berry, renowned opera singer and program director for WUOT, will return to the stage once more when
ORCBA presents a premiere performance of The Ugly Duckling. Mr. Berry will narrate the famous tale by Hans Christien
Andersen as the ballet performers act out the action on stage.
There will be two public performances (Saturday, April 1, 2006 at 8:00 p.m. and
Sunday, April 2, 2006 at 3:00 p.m.) featuring the ballet company of
over 70 dancers from 17 different dance schools. Following an intermission, ORCBA
will continue with Masquerade by Khachaturian. The performances will be
held at the Oak Ridge High School Auditorium; tickets are $12.00 for Adults,
$10.00 for Seniors 55 and older, and $6.00 for Students, and are available from
the ORNL Federal Credit Union on Rutgers Avenue and at the
door.
